Julià is an experienced and highly skilled international finance and audit professional , with over 10 years experience, who has mainly specialized in the Healthcare and SaaS sectors.

Julià served as Financial Auditor at Deloitte for more than 5 years. He led audits of large international and public companies, and was highly involved in Pharma and Tourism projects. He was engaged in IPO and M&As processes as auditor. 

In 2019, Julià joined Sanifit as Finance Director until its acquisition by Vifor Pharma in 2022, where he led the organization’s accounting, tax, fiscal, budget and forecasting preparation and follow up, and financial reporting operations including BoD’s  reporting.  Julià successfully oversaw Sanifit through multiple due diligences, financial rounds over 75M€, and served as primary financial contact during the M&A transaction with Vifor Pharma (upfront payment >200M€ up to more than 1B€).  He contributed to the professionalization of the finance department and the implementation of new ERP and budgeting/reporting systems.  Important milestones during this period were: Series D, IPO readiness of the company (audits and tax compliance, Data Room preparation , financing from the European Investment Bank, certification  and monetization of R&D tax credits over 4 years (>5M€ cash back), and preparation of all financial and tax related requirements to accomplish  the successful acquisition of Sanifit by Vifor Pharma. After that, Julià supported the transition of the financial, tax, fiscal and reporting operations to Vifor /CSL group.

In 2022, Julià served as CFO in Mediktor, a Digital Health company. Important milestones: Closing of Series B financing round, and negotiation of funding with different financial institutions, negotiate and create Stock option plan, creation and integration of the US subsidiary, overview business development and sales force team, and led legal operation activities of the group.
