Jose Luis is a pharmacist with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical area, both in the public and private sector, where he developed 12 years of experience in the Spanish Agency of Medicines-AEMPS, as well as more than 15 years of professional development in the private sector.
He has held different positions of responsibility, including Qualified Person, Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, in pharmaceutical companies, Third Party analytical services companies, herbal extracts manufacturing and manufacture of food supplements.
This professional experience has led him to have knowledge in very diverse areas, such as manufacturing, quality control and regulation of drugs in different pharmaceutical forms (injectable, oral and nasal), biological drugs and vaccines, R&D, Quality Assurance or Analytical control of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food supplements.

Jose Luis has experience as UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 Technical auditor, UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 22000 auditor and is qualified as a judicial expert.

Jose Luis is auditor of suppliers ,including API’s, Contract manufacturing, Third party logistics, transportation, analytical services or sterilization suppliers. as well as facilitates the service of pre-evaluation to the European GMP or GDP certification by national or international authorities

He has a strategic vision for the organization and adaptation, due to his extensive knowledge of both the production and control phase.
He is currently a founding partner of Afiplus Consultores and collaborates with MGA Business Consulting, S.L., developing his professional activity as a senior strategic analytical and quality systems consultant,
